Our advice will give you confidence in your buying decisions.

On-line stores can show garments in order of their suitablilty, based upon your unique profile, saving you time scrolling through multiple pages to find what you are looking for.
You can concentrate on choosing clothes you like, in the safe knowledge that you know they suit you, and taking the guesswork out of 'Will that work for me'?

Getting Ready ...
You're about to learn a lot about your body.
Allow yourself a good 30 minutes.
It's easier (and more fun) with a friend.
How?
Otherwise you'll need a full length mirror.
You'll also need:
1. A length of string or tape.
Why?
2. A tape measure or ruler.
Why?
3. A stick or broom handle.
Why?
4. A wipe-clean marker or lipstick.

Used to compare one section of your body to another. It's length should be at least half your height.
It can help to have a small weight (teaspoon, cotton reel?) tied to one end.
Used to help you identify sections of your body.
It should be long enough to fit across the front of your body.
Used to draw your face on a mirror.
Used to measure around your wrist, and your height if you don't know it.
